Rachel Lattuca

RACHEL'S teaching style is warm, welcoming, and accessible to all levels. She believes that yoga is for everyone and is committed to creating a safe and supportive space for her students to have fun and explore their practice.

​

In her classes, Rachel emphasizes the importance of breath, alignment and mindfulness. She encourages her students to move with awareness and to connect with their bodies as well as their minds. 

​

Rachel has been practicing yoga for 11+ years and teaching for 8. Rachel has facilitated yoga retreats for the past 5 years locally in the high desert as well as internationally for the last 3 years.

Simon Ballard

Simon Ballard is a guide in Movement, Meditation, Sound, and Ceremony.

​

A Facilitator and Co Facilitator in Workshops, Retreats, and Lectures across the globe, and works in Festival Production and Psilocybin Assisted Therapy.

​

His studies and influences include that of Tantrika, Shamanism, Paganism, Ayurveda, Vibrational Sound, Hypnosis, Intimate Communication, Indigenous Tribal Custom and Ritual, World Religion and Belief, Cultural Philosophy, Conscious Counseling, The Power of Myth and Folklore, and The Dao.

He currently resides in the High Desert of Joshua Tree, California.

Ashley Chavez

ASHLEY combines the wise sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to deliver an approachable and authentic practice. Her detailed instruction guides her students on an inner journey to explore the breadth of yoga through their own hearts, minds and bodies. Ashley has been teaching yoga and serving her community as a nutrition wellness educator since 2016. Her down-to-earth approach to health welcomes anyone to return to a state of wholeness.

Tatiana Nesello

Brazilian by soul, Tati seamlessly weaves together the worlds of yoga, embodiment practices, meditation, breath work, and sound healing creating a unique and transformative experience for those who cross paths with her. 

​

As a dedicated yoga practitioner and dancer, movement is one of her favorite ways to reconnect to her body. With experience in street dance and gymnastics, she infuses into her yoga classes elements of grace, fluidity, and expressive movement.

​

Through 12 years of dedicated practice, 9 years of teaching experience, and over 800h of YTT Tati has developed a unique teaching style that fuses the precision and discipline of dance with the mindfulness and introspection of yoga. .

Ashley Nunn

ASHLEY is a yoga & meditation instructor and masters level trauma-informed yoga therapist. She has worked extensively as a healing arts professional in clinical settings, hospitals and studios for almost two decades. 

 

She is deeply honored to support clients and students in coming home to their hearts, stepping into their birthright, aligning with their deepest purpose and finding true peace and happiness in the present moment while living here on earth. In addiition to teaching, Ashley leads destination yoga and meditation retreats around the world.

Hannah Abel

HANNAH is a bodywork and energy work practitioner with extensive training in (w)holistic healing. Her journey began skin deep, with a background as an Esthetician, Advanced Skincare Specialist and Massage Therapist. She became fascinated with Pain Relief, Anti Aging, Alignment and overall root cause healing.

 

She furthered her education through Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Energy Healing, Sound Healing and many other Somatic modalities to add to her tool belt. She began to go deeper gaining a familiarity with energy, frequency and harmony by combining different elements of these powerful practices and rituals .

 

Hannah is extremely passionate about holding ceremonial and sacred spaces to facilitate a  grounding of the energy to embrace flow, ease, peace, joy and overall mind body soul harmony.
